Created three living zones per floor to compensate for the enormity of each floor.
Each section acts as its own entity including a study lounge, congregational lounge, TV lounge & laundry.
Provided ample light & air to interior rooms via two interior open air courtyards.
Situated a pool room, café area, lounges & administrative offices off a connecting spine acting as an internal street.
Created custom linoleum flooring patterns mimicking great modernist art.
