Scope: KGA designed this 11 story building with 10 limited equity co-op studio apartments. The development goal was to maximize the zoning area while minimizing the gross built area in the development to achieve the maximum Inclusionary Housing area for sale. The units will be offered to eligible buyers that qualify as low-income households at 80% AMI.
