Scope: KGA proposed to repurpose an abandoned 60+ year old comfort station into a facility offering food service, public restrooms and an elevated public plaza. The first floor cafe contained seating for 50 guests. The Upper Terrace was designed as a modern glass box, carrying a light visual appeal in contrast with the existing traditional building at its base.
