Scope: KGA executed a moderate rehab and conversion of an existing nursing dormitory into student apartments for the New School. Extensive facade work was undertaken to upgrade the envelope. The existing apartments were reconfigured to accommodate student suites with private kitchens and bathrooms. Amenities in the facility included sound-proof music rooms, quiet study carol areas, a central lounge, art rooms and a re-landscaped 4,000 square feet rear garden.
